Each year EA Sports released the Team of the Year, aka TOTY. The team consists of the best players of the year. The TOTY players are selected from the voting and announced in the UEFA FIFA Ballon d’Or Gala. FIFA 16 TOTY blue cards are available in packs for a week. Here are the details.

What are FIFA 16 TOTY cards like?
In recent years, the color of Team of the Year cards is blue. The values of the TOTY cards are better compared to the normal cards by about 9%. As a result, they are more expensive.

Liverpool 3-3 Arsenal: 5 things we has learned

Roberto Firmino stunning brace was cancelled out by goals from Aaron Ramsey and Olivier Giroud before the Frenchman added a third - but Allen had the last word.

Joe Allen scored an 90th-minute equaliser as Arsenal and Liverpool shared the spoils in a six-goal thriller at Anfield.
Liverpool started brightly and were rewarded when Roberto Firmino buried a shot from eight yards after Petr Cech had parried Emre Can's effort.
Aaron Ramsey equalised soon after before Firmino produced the highlight of the game with a stunning, dipping 25 yard goal. Olivier Giroud levelled the scores shortly after before conspiring to miss an open goal.
The Frenchman redeemed himself early in the second half when he completed a superb move to slot home a third but Allen popped up late on to earn a point for Jurgen Klopp's side.
Here are five things we learned...

1. Firmino has arrived
The Brazilian's second goal - a superb long-range effort - will be the one featuring in future TV montages but it was his first that really impressed.
A poacher's effort, Firmino's positioning was spot on - as were his reflexes and his finish. His long-term future isn't playing up front, or even playing in the teenage blogger's favourite 'false nine', but Liverpool's summer signing is showing he can deputise until Daniel Sturridge returns.
He could even have had a hat-trick before half time, but his turn and shot bounced off the crossbar.
2. Campbell is this season's Bellerin
His rise may not be quite as pronounced as Bellerin's was last season but Joel Campbell has surprised everyone at Arsenal.
Wenger admitted as much in his pre-match press conference and his performance at Anfield reinforced that view.
The idea that Campbell would be keeping Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain out of the side would have seemed ridiculous 12 months ago, but his pass to set up Aaron Ramsey's goal showed exactly the sort of instinct and form missing from theEnglandman's game.
The selflessness he showed in setting up the third proves he's added maturity to raw talent.
3. Pragmatism key for Klopp
For all the talk of 'rock and roll' football it's becoming apparent that, for Liverpool's manager, pragmatism and results take precedence over entertainment.
Opting to leave a £32.5million striker on the bench while starting with six midfielders against a rival is more Jose Mourinho than Johan Cruyff, and that's something Liverpool fans may have to get used to.
In his first press conference Klopp spoke about the importance of realising that Liverpool aren't the powerhouse they once were - this is what he meant.
4. Arsenal need Cazorla to return
It's been said that Arsenal haven't missed Santi Cazorla since his injury but their struggle to assert themselves in midfield at Anfield said otherwise.
Before his injury, Cazorla-Ozil was the most common pass combination in the Arsenal team. The Spaniard provides a vital link between the base and top of the midfield.
Ozil struggled to get on the ball tonight - Liverpool cut off supply to the playmaker, but you have to question whether that would have been possible with Cazorla in the team.
Arsenal finished the first half with a pass completion of 73 per cent - their worst of the season. The sooner Cazorla returns the better.
5. Toure's time is up
He's had great career and must be remembered as one of the Premier League's great defenders - but his time at the top is surely over.
He fluffed a headed clearance just before Arsenal's first goal and was left on his backside after being turned by Giroud for their third.
A club with ambitions of being in the Champions League shouldn't be playing him in big games.
