Is FIFA 16 better than FIFA 15
Competition between FIFA and the Pro Evolution Soccer series has gotten more intense over the last two years. After two straight solid efforts from PES (2015 and 2016), FIFA is under the microscope in a major way. With FIFA 2016, the iconic series holds on to the virtual soccer crown again, but not by the same margin it has in previous years. Visually, FIFA 16 gets the job done with tons of accurately scanned heads. There are 350-plus new scanned players in the game, per literature provided by EA Sports, and even the players who aren't scanned look good. The running animations don't look as choppy as they did in the past, or even as they did in the demo. Once a handicap for the FIFA franchise, largely due to the number of teams and players it encapsulates, presentation is extremely well done in FIFA 16. Starting last year with the full Premier League package, and continuing this year with the addition of the Bundesliga broadcast package and touches such as live substitutes and vanishing spray, FIFA now has some of the best presentation in sports gaming.
Last (come to acheter crédit fut 16) years big gameplay feature was the ability to use either virtual controls or gestures to control your team, but this time around, the thumbstick and buttons get top billing. Theyre not bad, though early feedback from players suggests that many people arent fans (vist fifa-coins.fr) of the tap and slide button used to control side tackles. Theres still a little bit of fine control lacking for simple things like dribbling toward the touch-line with any kind of momentum, but in general, your players will do what you expect them to do. Free kicks and corners stand out as the only areas where you dont intuitively grasp the controls. Commentary in the game remains strong through the ageless Martin Tyler - though Alan Smith remains astoundingly boring - and new spotlights on individual story-lines and players before and during games beefs up the product further.
There's a veritable bounty of activities and modes to take on in FIFA 16-certainly there can be no complaints about value for your dollar. The series' staples (Career, Ultimate Team, Pro Seasons, Pro Clubs) all remain, and a handful of upgrades embedded in these modes further expand your options. Career now integrates training drills right into the mode itself in a clever way, rather than leaving them as an activity relegated to the main menu and loading screens. In a manager career, you can select a group of players to train each week, and choose which drills they will run for attribute increases. There are easy, medium, and hard drills, and you can play through them yourself or have the game simulate results. If you're doing a player career, you can take on the drills with your player to increase your stats. They're fun, if a bit time-consuming, so having the option to play or simulate them depending on your mood is a nice touch.
